FAQ

Is there a deposit fee?

Yes. There is a 50% of total amount deposit fee for all rental packages

What if I have to cancel?

No problem. We understand things can happen. You must notify us 24 hours in advance if you need To cancel your rental

Will my deposit be refundable?

No. Deposits are non refundable

How many people does the 360 hold?

The 360 photo booth holds 2-3 people

Do we require WiFi?

Yes. WiFi would be required for all events

Is the 360 Booth wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We want to make sure that everyone can experience a heavenly experience at your event

Is there an extra fee for outside events ?

We want to make sure that our equipment is protected from damage due to rain ,wind Dirt and unforeseen circumstances. this can be discussed during booking

How much space is needed for Photo Booths ?

For the 360 , we need at least 10x10 feet of space

including backdrop, sharing station and prop table

for the Selfie Photo Booth we need at least 3x3 feet . Including backdrop and prop table

We also require an outlet within 25 feet of the set up area

Will there be music in the videos?

do to music copyright laws, we do not add music to videos. You can add music to your videos when you upload them on social media

No problem. Some items are standard.
